    1 raw onion
    1/2 bag baby carrots
    1 bay leaf
    1 lb beef -stew cut
    2-14.5 oz diced tomatoes


dice onion and celery into small chunks
Place in crock pot
add two cans of tomatoes
one bay leaf and the baby carrots into crock pot
cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours

Can add potatoes-not included in calorie count!

Serving Size: makes 6-- 1-1/2 cup servings
