Ingredients

    2 avocados pitted and diced
    1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
    1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
    1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    1 finely chopped tomatillo
    1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1 clove finely chopped garlic
    salt and pepper to taste


Directions

In a large bowl place all of the ingredients. Mash with a fork. Serve with bake chips or in wraps, tacos, etc.


Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4 cup servins
