    1 lb. Extra lean ground beef
    1 med, onion
    2 cans fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 can evaporated skim milk
    1 lg. jar picante sauce
    1 16 oz bag mozzarella cheese (part skim)
    15 6' tortillas


Brown ground beef and onions together, drain and rinse. Put back in pan and add beans, soup, picante, and milk. Simmer briefly. Begin with tortillas layering tortillas, meat mixture and cheese in a 9x13 or deep dish casserole. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
