    3 TbspTapioca Flour
    2 cup Milk, nonfat
    1 Tbsp Protein mix, Rice Protein, InterActive Absolute Vanilla
    1 tsp Vanilla
    2 Tbsp Chia Seed
    1 TBSP Honey


heat milk in microwave for 1 minute or till quite hot. Stir in honey, tapioca flour, protein, vanilla and chia seeds. It will thicken as you stir. If necessary heat up to another minute but watching and stirring every 10 seconds. Cool in fridge overnight.

The second time I made this I soaked the chia seeds in the mix before heating, and added the honey after. Much better.

Serving Size: makes 1 cup of tapioca
