Ingredients

    Yellow cake mix (prepared per package instructions)
    4 cups chopped Rhubarb
    1 cup sugar
    1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Pour prepared cake mix into greased 9x13 pan, sprinkle chopped rhubarb over cake mix, sprinkle sugar evenly over, rhubarb, then pour heavy whipping cream over all evenly distrubuting. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until top browned and springs back from touch.

Try with different fruit and cake mix combinations. I have made this with raspberries and a lemon cake mix and it was wonderful!
