To stir the tea in the pot counterclockwise will stir up trouble.

    1 c Water
    1 Small Stick of Cinnamon
    6 Cardamom Pods
    6 Whole Cloves
    1/5 inch of Ginger Root - slice thin

    1/2 c 2% Milk
    2 tsps Loose Darjeeling Tea

    Sweetener to taste

    Garnish: Cardemon Pods


Bring water to a boil. Add the first five ingredients. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add milk and sugar. Return to simmer. Remove from heat. Add loose Darjeeling tea or 1 tea bag, cover and let steep for 3 minutes. Strain. Add sweetener to taste and enjoy.

Garnish with a floating Cardemon Pod if desired.
