    * Pears, fresh, 2 cup slices (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
    * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, .125 tsp (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)


Peel, core and chop pears. Spray 10 inch deep dished pie pan with cooking spray, and dust with one tbsp flour. Layer pear cubes on bottom of pan. Mix flour, salt and nutmeg in large pour. Gradually whisk in one cup milk. Add remaining milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix til smooth.

Pour over pears and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
