Introduction

A basic and easy to prepare low-sodium main dish. A basic and easy to prepare low-sodium main dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 cup elbow macaroni
    1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (no salt added)

Directions

Bring a pot of water to boil for the macaroni, cook for 7 - 8 minutes until done and then drain.

Brown ground beef in frying pan and drain when complete.

Add tomatoes and ground beef to macaroni and stir.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1 cup servings
