Ingredients

    450 grams 7-12% fat ground beef
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    4 cups dried red kidney beans
    I large onion diced
    1 tbsp paprika
    1tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp crushed red pepper
    black pepper and salt to taste

Directions

Soak beans in water for 8-12 hours. Saute onions in canola oil for 3-5 mins on medium heat. Add beef and brown. Drain and rinse beans and add to crockpot. Ass beef mixture and the remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours.
