    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit
    Potato, raw, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 56 gram(s)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz)


Scrub/wash the potatoes, thaw/chop up the chicken. In two separate bags; mix a ranch packet each, 1 tbsp olive oil each - potatoes in one bag/chicken & bread crumbs in the other. Close both bags and shake/coat. In a pre-sprayed (non-stick spray) glass baking dish pour in your two bags of ingredients. Arrange a bit and put in the oven.

Oven: Pre-heat to 395 degrees F. Bake for about 40-45 minutes...
