    Beef, tip round, 1 lb
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 9 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp


Prepare pot with non-stick spray. Place stew meat on bottom of pot. Scrub/wash potatoes and cut into 1/8ths - dropping them on the meat. Drain the green beans and pour them in. Season with black pepper and onion powder. Sprinkle on Worcestershire sauce over contents of the pot. Now drain and rinse your beans and add them in. Last, sprinkle over top some dried oregano flakes and red pepper flakes before covering and setting on Low for about 7 hours...
