    .86 oz of chicken tenderloins (boneless/skinless)
    1/4 cup of Egg Beaters Egg Whites
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 cup of panko (plain or seasoned)
    1/3 cup of Kraft grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. dried thyme


Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray Pam on cookie sheet. Cut chicken into strips or buy pre-cut tenderloins. Mix worcester sauce, panko, cheese, paprika, parsley, pepper, mustard and thyme in a bowl. In a separate bowl pour egg whites. Dredge each strip in egg whites then into panko mixture. Place on cookie sheet and lightly spray each tenderloin with Pam and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, turning after 10 minutes and spraying again with Pam.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (about 3 strips each)
