    2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
    1 1/3 cups All-purpose Flour
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    3/4 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
    1 cup Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 large Eggs
    1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Salt


1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In large bowl, beat Smart Balance and sugars until creamy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
3. Add combined flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
4. Add oats and craisins; mix well.
5. Drop dough by even tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake 8 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, then transfer to cooling wire rack.

Serving Size: makes 70 3/4 inch cookies
