    *Chicken Boullion Cube, 1 serving (remove)
    Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1.0 cup (remove)
    Vital Wheat Gluten .25CUP=GRAM, .5 cup (remove)
    *Chickpea Flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Trader Joe's Unsweetened Soy Milk, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove


Heat the water and boullion cube. Pour over the TVP and let it set 10 minutes. Put the TVP into a food processor add Chickpea four, gluten and then soy milk and spices.
Pulse the food processor until the mixture is sticky and a solid mass. Divide into 30 gram portions. Should make about 24.
Heat a pan with spray coating. Oil is not in the recipe, so add the calories accordingly. Cook about 4 minutes each side.
