    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1.25 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 2 1/2 cups dry
    *Nestle real semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 cup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixer blend sugars and margarine spread. Add egg, egg white and vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in oats and chocolate morsels by hand until blended. Drop by rounded teaspoon on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 12-13 minutes or until golden. Transfer to wire rack immediately to cool. Repeat with remaining batter. Makes about 50 cookies.
