    1 Tortila (Mission, Small Fajita)
    1 Large Egg, scrambled
    1/8c. Taco/Nacho Cheese (Kroger)
    1TBSP Salsa (Gourmet Style Mild Salsa)
    1/4c. Baby Spinach
    1tsp Butter (Brummel & Brown)


Set heat to Medium & add butter to skillet. Once melted, add egg yolk & scramble as usual.
Once almost done, add cheese & fold into egg. Then add salsa & do the same thing.
Place onto tortilla when finished adding spinach as well.
