    3 frozen chicken tenderloins, about 1 ounce each.
    1/3 cup dry couscous
    1/2 cup water
    1 scant handful raisins
    1 teaspoon honey
    dash salt
    1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake frozen tenderloins for 30 minutes.
When chicken has cooked for about 25 minutes, begin cooking couscous. Place 1/2 cup of water, raisins, honey, a dash of salt, and a sprinkle of cinnamon together in a small pan with a tight fitting lid. Turn heat to high and watch carefully for the mixture to boil; it will only take a couple of minutes. When mixture begins to boil, remove from heat and add the couscous. Stir once and place lid on the pan. Allow to sit off the heat for 5 minutes.
Place chicken tenderloins on a plate, drizzle each with a couple of drops olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Fluff the couscous mixture with a fork and serve with the chicken.
