    4 egg whites
    2 c egg substitute
    1 c lowfat cottage cheese
    6 T hormel real bacon pieces
    1 can green chiles
    3 t minced onion
    3/4 c lowfat cheese


Combine all ingredients and pour equally into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake 15 min or until knife comes out clean. Makes 12 servings, 1 muffin each. Can freeze and reaheat for quick breakfast.
