Ingredients

    1 Box Zataranins's Jamalaya Mix
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced sweet red peppers
    1 cup cook shrimp (about 6 oz)
    1/2 tsp olive oil

Directions

Cook Zatarain's according to direction
heat oil in pan
Stir fry onions until tranclucent
Add shrimp and peppers heat through
Mix Shrimp mix with Jambalaya
Serve with endive salad
