    1 lb ground beef
    Salt & Pepper
    1 TBS chili powder
    1 TBS garlic powder
    2 TBS cumin
    1 TBS minced garlic
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    3-5 tomatoes, diced
    1 medium sweet or red onion, diced
    1 packet Hidden Valley powder dressing mix (not dip)
    1 c. milk
    1 c. mayo
    1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
    1 8oz. package shredded cheese


1.) Cook the beef and add the salt & pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.

2.) Add veggies and garlic to a large bowl, mix.

3.) In a small bowl, mix milk, ranch mix, and mayo.

4.) Add chips and cheese to the bowl with veggies, mix. Then add the meat, mix. Then add the dressing and mix. You can also refrain from add the chips until it is served, as they will get soggy if they sit for a while.
