Ingredients

1/2 cup Designer Whey Protein Powder- Natural
2/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
1 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 ea Egg White
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Spray a parchment paper lined sheet pan with cooking spray.
4. Spoon dough onto the prepared parchment paper. “Form” dough slightly to make it into more of a circle.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown
