Ingredients

1 64 oz and 1 48 oz bottle V8 - Reduced Salt
2 cups Water
16 cups Beef Broth- Reduced Salt and Fat
1 small Onion
5 cups small cubes Turnips
1 medium head Cabbage
2 10 oz packages frozen Lima Beans
1 10 oz package frozen Peas
2 cans no salt added green beens Green Beans
Black Pepper (to taste)
8 oz Ground Beef Extra Lean
Directions
Brown meat, drain any excess fat and set aside.
Cut onions into small pieces. add onions and turnips to add to broth and cook until turnips easily fork like potatoes.
Add lima beans, peas, and V8 juice cook until lima beans are done to the fork. Add water, meat and cabbage. Simmer 30 minutes more.
