    2 C Plain Flour 2 tsp B/Powder 2 C Brown Sugar 4 oz(105g) cold grated butter

    1 tsp B Soda dissolved in 1 C Milk 1 egg 1 tsp Nutmeg Pdr

    2 TBS chopped nuts 2 tbs Sugar


Prepare and line 8" (28cm) diameter cake tin

Combine line 1 (1st 4 ingredients) in a tupperware bowl and shake 20 seconds

Add unbeaten egg & nutmeg to milk/bsoda mix, add to mix and shake well, mix will be runny

Pour into prepared tin. Mix walnuts and sugar, sprinkle on top.
Bake in oven 180c (350f) for aprox 1 hour
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
