    1 Butternut Squash peeled, cubed
    1 Summer Squash peeled, cubed
    1.5c Carrots chopped
    2 Large Sweet Potatoes
    4 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Curry Powder to taste.


Throw all ingredients into Crock Pot and cook on high until ingredients tender.
Remove from Crock Pot 1c at a time and blend ingredients in blender or food processor.
Serve with dollop of Low Fat Sour cream if desired.
