Ingredients

* 2 tenderized round steaks (6 oz)
* Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
* Flour, white, .5 cup
* Egg, fresh, 1 large
* Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp
* Milk, 2%, .125 cup
Directions
Dip cutlets in egg then coat with flour. Fry in oil at Med to Med-Hi heat approx. 5 minutes each side or until brown.
Blot grease and set fried cutlets in 8x8 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Pour can of Cream Mushroom Soup over the cutlets and add a little milk to thin out a bit to preference.
Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until mushroom soup is warmed through.
