    1 C uncooked quinoa
    1/4 white onion diced
    3 sliced artichoke hearts (not marinated)
    .5C diced tomatoes (canned)
    garlic salt (optional)
    sesame oil (optional)


Rinse and cook quinoa with a little garlic salt added to the water. Once quinoa is done cooling (all water soaked in) add the sesame oil, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and onion and stir in, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
