    3 chicken breasts (frozen)
    1can each: reduced sodium/reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup
    1 can low sodium corn
    1 cup salsa
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can chillis


Add beans (black or chilli) to spice it up.

Toppers: Shredded cheese and/or reduced fat sour cream


Place chicken breasts in crock pot and add two cans of soup. Cook all day on low. Cook rice and add at the end.

Rice or noodles not included in calorie count.
