Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cup TVP
    1 cup brown rice flour
    4 tablespoons ketchup
    1 cup onion chopped and diced
    1.5 cup bell pepper chopped and diced
    1 cup celery chopped and diced
    2 ounces veg beef broth (I use G. Washington)

    Add to taste:
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


Directions

Pour 2 cups boiling water over tvp, until rehydrated)

Add all other ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Form patties.

Over a medium heat, add oil to a frying pan, and cook each side until browned over. Squish down if necessary.

Sprinkle your favorite seasoning over burger while frying.

These burgers will also bake at 350 degrees in about 25 minutes.
