    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup mushrooms
    2 tsp garlic
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup white wine
    2tsp garlic butter
    1 tbs feshly chopped tarragon
    1 tbs flour


Cut chicken breasts into cubes
Sauter chicken in olive oil and garlic
set chicken a side
cook mushrooms in garlic butter (in same pan as used for chicken)
add white wine and chicken and simmer for 5 mins
add chicken broth and fresshly chopped tarragon
simmer for 10 mins
thicken with flour and water paste.
serve with rice and fresh green beans
