    1 package brussels sprouts
    garlic powder (to taste)
    Salt & pepper (to taste)
    Cumin (to taste)
    Any other spice you like


Cut the ends off each sprout

Cut in each sprout in half

Place on a cookie sheet and spray both pan and sprouts with PAM

Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin, herbs de provence etc. . . (whatever spices you prefer)

Roast at 350-375 for about 30 minutes (keep an eye on them so they don't burn . . .time and temp depends on your oven)

You can even toss on toasted sliced almonds on top once they are done baking if you like.

  • I used to hate this veggie. Now, with this recipe, they're one of my favorites. I use whole frozen sprouts for convenience, and fresh garlic in place of the garlic powder. Looking forward to trying it with cumin. - 4/4/08

  • Brussels Sprouts are not my favorite vegetables - I force myself to eat them from time to time for their great nutritional values - but I have to admit that I like them better cooked that way! Thanks! :-)) - 12/15/07
