Quick easy way to get a well rounded meal to prep you for the gym. Quick easy way to get a well rounded meal to prep you for the gym.
Number of Servings: 2


    1/2 c egg whites
    1/2 c egg beaters
    2 c spinach (fresh) stems removed and divided
    1/2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c pico de gallo (or prepared salsa jarred is ok)


Remove the stems from the spinach. line each tortilla with about a cup of spinach. Add salsa. Add cheese. Add egg (see cooking instructions below). Roll like a burrito and enjoy (you may need a fork and knife)

Place mrs dash and all egg products into a glass microwave safe bowl Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes stopping every 30 seconds to push the cooked egg to the center. Eggs are finished when they're still "glassy" looking but not runny.
