Ingredients

    *Succes Boil in Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice- serving size 1/2 cup (43g dry) 1 cup cooked, 2 serving (remove)
    *Del Monte Mixed Vegetable (Canned), 1.5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

cook rice and cool in fridge for at least an hour.

Heat a large sauce pan on high with oil. Put in rice and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Put a hole in the middle and crack the egg. Cook the egg slightly and incorporate with the rice. Add in the veggies, soy sauce and garlic and mix well. Serve immediately.
