    1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
    1 cup of strawberries, halved
    1 medium peach
    1/4 cup milk (I used 2 percent because I didn't have skim but that would lower the calorie count some.) You can add more or less milk to change the consistency.


Add indigence to blender and blend on smoothie setting for about a minute.
