    1 Fajita Tortilla
    1 large Egg
    1/2 cup (25g) Bean Sprouts
    1 medium slice (10g) Onion, chopped
    1 slice (1oz) Ham, diced
    1 slice Bacon, cooked, diced
    1 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
    1 slice Pepperjack Cheese
    1 tbsp Milk 1%


Cook the bacon, set aside and chop.
Spray skillet with pam if there isn't enough bacon fat left. Cook bean sprouts, onion, ham, sun dried tomatoes, set aside with bacon.
Combine egg and milk in a bowl and mix, add to hot skillet and scramble. Add cheese, and all other cooked fillings.
Heat a tortilla in microwave 30 seconds and put filling in tortilla to create a breakfast burrito.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving.
