    1.5 lbs. 93% ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 12 oz. can of tomato soup
    1.5 cup light bread crumbs
    1 small onion diced
    4 tbsp. ketchup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except ketchup in large mixing bowl. Line the bottom of your meatloaf pans with bread slices (this absorbs the grease without drying out the meat). Divide your meat concoction between the two meatloaf pans and shape into loaf. These will be small loaves. Brush the ketchup over the top of the loaves and cook for 40-45 minutes basting the top of the loaves with the ketchup every 15 minutes or so as desired. When cooked, remove the loaves from the pans without the bread, slice and serve. Makes 10 servings.
