    1 pound ground turkey 15% Fat
    1 cup quick oats
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp onion powder
    2 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tsp seasoning salt
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp brown sugar

    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 tsp yellow mustard


Makes 6 servings

In a large bowl, mix loaf ingredients and put into a loaf shape and place in a casserole dish.

Combine topping ingredients and pour over the loaf.

Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
