Introduction

This recipe came with my first Microwave in 1980. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do. This recipe came with my first Microwave in 1980. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 lg Bell Peppers, Cut in half
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1 C. Quick Cook Oats
    1 Egg, slightly beaten
    1 sm. Onion
    8 oz. Tomato Sauce
    1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp. Salt (or less)
    1/3 C. Water

Directions

1. Place Peppers in 2 qt. baking dish, set aside. Combine remaining ingrediants except water, in medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Spoon mixture into Peppers. Pour water imn bottom of dish. Cover w/plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on #7 Power for 22-24 min. or til done. Let stand covered for 5 min.
