Ingredients

    Boneless chicken (small cube)500gm
    garlic paste 4 tsp
    ginger paste 2 tsp
    black pepper (4-6 tsp freshly ground powder)
    cardamon and cinnamon freshly ground 2-4 tsp
    lemon juice 4 tsp
    salt to taste
    olive oil for frying
    any choice of vegetable ( capsicum, tomato, bell pepper etc)

Directions

marinate the chicken with lemon juice and little bit of salt for 15 mins.
Take a nonstick pan put oil and bring to heat. Put ginger garlic paste and stir fry. add chicken and all the remaining ingredients
and cook it till the chicken becomes tender. fry it well.
now ready to serve. you can add water if you want a gravy.
