    4 medium potatoes peeled and sliced thin
    1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz velveeta
    1 1/2 c diced lean ham


peel and slice potatoes
melt Velveeta in soup
layer sliced potatoes, soup mixture and diced ham in casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray
bake in 375 degree oven for about an hour or until potatoes are done
