    983 grams of Yukon Gold Potato (about 8 small)
    1 can of sliced black olives
    1.5 cups of Hannah Tzatziki Yogurt Dip (I purchased at Costco)


1, Bring Pot of water to a rolling boil
2. Boil Potatoes for 25-30 minutes or until tender all the way through.
3. Pull skin off of potatoes
4. Dice potatoes into 1/4 in cubes (or bigger if you like it chunkier)
5. Add 1.5 cups of Yogurt Dip
6. Add Black Olives
7. Mix together and serve (you can put it in the fridge to cool off if you would like to serve it colder)
