    3/4 c water
    1/4 c butter or margerine
    1/4 tsp salt
    3/4 c all purpose flour
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 container (8oz) thawed sugar free whip topping (Cool Whip)
    1/2 c powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp double strength vanilla
    1/4 c sugar free chocolate frosting, melted


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. For puffs, in a saucepan, combine water, butter and salt...bring to a boil over high heat. Add flour all at once. Stir mixture vigorously about 1 minute until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and place dough into a bowl. Add eggs and whisk until smooth and thick.
In a mini muffin pan, spray with non-stick spray and scoop the batter into cups. Bake 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and make a small slit in the sides of each puff to release excess steam. Remove puffs and cool on a cooling rack.
For filling, combine whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix gently until blended. Fill a decorator bag and pipe into the center of each puff (cut the corner off of a ziplock bag if you don't have a decorator bag). Microwave the frosting on high for 10 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over puffs.
