Ingredients

1 lb beef tenderloin tips
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 cup beef boullion
1 can cm mushroom w/roasted garlic soup
1/2 small bag baby carrots
1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water to thicken if desired
Directions
Chop the onion and garlic and add to the crock pot. Add boullion and soup and stir. Add beef tips and cover. Add carrots after about 3 hrs. Cook on low for 6 hrs.
Serve over rice or noodles.
