Ingredients

    1 can of canne chicken breast rinsed and diced.
    1 celery stalk diced
    2 tbsp light ranch dressing
    2 tbsp light mayo
    salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste (maybe cayenne pepper for some spice)

Directions

mix all ingredients and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
I used a wheat wrap and put some fresh spinach on it..really good.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2 cup serving sizes
