Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey
    28 oz can of diced tomatoes
    6 oz can of tomato paste
    water
    1 Packed of Dry Onion Soup Mix
    Box of elbow pasta (this recipe has been calculated for Quinoa pasta which I like to use for added protein).

Directions

Brown Turkey in large pan.
Add 28 oz. of canned tomatoes (diced)
Add tomato paste
Stir together. It will be kind of thick after adding the paste.
Add packet of Dry Onion Soup Mix. Stir
Add water. It will be very soupy but you need the extra water to soften the pasta.
Bring to a boil and add pasta.
Lower to medium heat and cover. Stir occasionally. Additional water may need to be added as the pasta cooks.
When noodles are softened and cooked it is ready to server.
You can sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
