Ingredients

    3 oz tortilla chips, crushed
    1 lb ground turkey (93% lean), cooked & crumbled
    16 oz salsa
    1 cup sour cream
    1 large tomato, diced
    4 oz sliced black olives
    3/4 reduced fat, shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Spread chips in bottom of 9x14 baking dish. Combine beef, salsa & beans. Spread over chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture. Sprinkle over with tomatoes, olives & cheese.

Bake 30 minute at 350*.
