Directions

In a pan, sautee anchovies, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder until anchovies dissolve. Add shrimp. Cook shrimp until pink. Add tomatoes, capers, and olives. Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
