    1 cup canned organic pumpkin
    3 Tbs Splenda or (1/4 cup raw sugar)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1.5 cups whole oat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 cups oatmeal
    1 cup dried cranberries (Just Cranberries)
    1/8 Cup Chocolate Chips Bittersweet


Makes 48 small or 24 large cookies
24 large Cookies 88calories each
-Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
-Beat together pumpkin and splenda or sugar-Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
-Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon salt. Mix.
-Stir in oats, dried cranberries.
-Drop rounded spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet.
-Bake 10-12 minutes.
-Let cool
