    Agave Nectar, 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice, .5 tbsp
    Minced Garlic, 3 tsp
    Cornstarch (1 Tbsp), .33 tbsp
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Shrimp, raw, 12 oz
    Black Beans, 1 can
    Ketchup, 2 tbsp


To make the sauce, in small bowl combine nectar, ketchup, lemon juice, garlic, cornstarch, chili powder, salt, and papper. Mix well and set aside.

Bring a large skilled sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on the stove. Add shrimp. Stirring often, cook until the shrimp are cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Add black beans and sauce and mix well. Continue to cook until sauce is evenly distributed and black beans are hot, about 1 minute.

Serving Size: Makes ~6 servings; 1/2 c each
