This is tasty! My 2 year old gobbles it up! This is tasty! My 2 year old gobbles it up!

    1 lb chicken breast, carrots, 1 small white onion, celery, minced garlic, italian seasoning, chicken stock, and flour


In a pan boil, cubed chicken. When chicken is cooked thoroughly add carrots, celery onions, garlic, and italian seasoning. When vegetables are al dente (almost tender) place mixture into a 9x13 pan. In a separate pan mix flour and chicken stock into a roux and then heat until roux starts to thicken. Pour roux over the chicken/vege mixture in the 9x13 pan. add 1/2 of the cheese and stir together. Top the casserole with the remaining cheese and place in the oven and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
