Ingredients

    Beef ribs, 2.8 lb, cut into individual pieces
    Splenda, 2 Tbsp
    Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium, mashed
    Garlic, 2 clove, minced
    Sesame Oil (brown toasted kind), 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1/2 medium, sliced
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Cut ribs up and put in crock pot (I'm using a big oval kind). Combine kiwi, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, splenda and pepper.
Put sliced onions on top of ribs, pour sauce over and close up the pot.
I'll fix details for time later when I see how it turns out. I'm sure those of you more experienced with slow cookers will have an idea how long it needs. I'm doing about 7 1/2 hrs on low.
